City of Carlyle Finance Committee met May 22.

Call to Order/Roll Call

The meeting was called to order by John Hodapp on Monday, May 22, 2023, at 6:45 p.m. at Case Halstead Library, 850 Franklin Street, Carlyle, IL 62231. Committee members present included Chairman Jeremy Weh, John Hodapp, and Jeff Taylor. (John Hodapp ran the meeting due to Jeremy Weh not being sworn into office at the time of this meeting.) Others present included Jessica Johnson, Rita Jurgensmeyer, Bruce Hilmes, Scott Diekemper, Jim McClaren, Mike Jansen, Mayor Judy Smith, and Martha Reinkensmeyer.

Approval of Minutes

After reviewing the minutes from May 8, 2023, Jeff Taylor made a motion to approve the minutes. John Hodapp seconded the motion. After a voice vote, all were found in favor.

Approval of Claims

After reviewing the claims, Jeff Taylor made a motion to approve the claims. John Hodapp seconded the motion. After a voice vote, all were found in favor.

With no further business to discuss, Jeff Taylor made a motion to adjourn. John Hodapp seconded the motion. Finding all in favor, the meeting adjourned at 6:46 p.m.
