This damning conclusion sheds light on the ongoing challenges faced by the state in combating corrupt practices.
"Unsurprisingly, this is the 4th year in a row Chicago and Illinois have been bestowed this embarrassing label." Despite efforts to address the issue, the persistence of corruption in Illinois remains a significant concern.
