Rep. Sosnowski attended the Illinois Peace Officer Memorial Ceremony on May 2, 2024, where he stood with colleagues to pay tribute to law enforcement officers who have made the ultimate sacrifice while serving their communities.
During the ceremony, legislators and staff gathered to honor the Illinois officers who lost their lives in 2023. Speaking at the event, Rep. Sosnowski emphasized the importance of remembering the fallen officers, stating, "We will never forget their bravery, service, and sacrifice."
