Old Business – Liquor license application (5423 N. 2nd Street, Dairy Depot): This matter has been continued at the request of applicant on numerous occasions, being brought before this committee in early September, 2024. At the initial presentation, a number of concerns were raised by the committee, including schematics of the proposed buildout and parking limitations. The applicant has previously indicated delays in addressing such concerns have required setting the application over, but staff has not heard from applicant for nearly a month since the last request to set the application over in early November. Considering the lack of progress being made over this time and absence of further updates, the committee considers this application to be withdrawn; however, the applicant may re-apply at a later date when the issues raised previously have been addressed and can be presented for further consideration by this committee.

Motion to Withdraw Application due to lack of progress and communication by _Ald. Owens , Second _Ald. Schlensker Vote: 4-0
