B. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to hire Joseph D. Rongere as a full-time Plumbing/HVAC Inspector, to be effective May 1, 2025.

C. A Resolution authorizing the City to enter into a redevelopment agreement with Write It Right Public Adjusting LLC for the property known as 521 Loves Park Drive.
