MINUTES APPROVAL: July 1, 2024

 Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Pruitt.

 Motion Approved 4-0

ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION

1. List of Bills: No questions or concerns.

2. Items for consideration.

A. A Resolution authorizing the Chief of Police to promote Officer Matthew Anderson to the rank of Police Sergeant, to be effective July 16, 2024.

Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Pruitt.

Motion approved 4-0

B. A Resolution authorizing the Water Department Manager to hire Adis Vrebac for the position of Public Works Operator, to be effective July 22, 2024.

Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Pruitt.

Motion approved 4-0

C. An Ordinance providing for the Appropriation Ordinance Fiscal Year 2024-2025.

Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Pruitt.

Motion approved 4-0
