MEMBERS PRESENT: John Jacobson, Mark Peterson, John Pruitt, Dan Jacobson

ALSO PRESENT: Attorney Gino Galluzzo, Frank Laudicina, Robert Schlensker, Doug Allton, Mike Owens, Jim Thompson, Fire Chief James Hart, Police Chief Mike McCammond, Nate Bruck, Shannon Messinger

MINUTES APPROVAL: May 5, 2025

Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Pruitt.

ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION

2. Items for consideration.

A. A Resolution authorizing Mayor Jury to appoint Nate Bruck to serve as the City of Loves Park’s representative on the Northern Illinois Land Bank Authority Board of Trustees.

Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Pruitt.

Motion Approved 4-0

B. A Resolution authorizing the Public Works Director to hire IMEG for the City Wide ADA Sidewalk Transition Plan.

Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Pruitt.

Motion Approved 4-0

C. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign an Intergovernmental Agreement with the State of Illinois for maintenance of IL251/North 2nd Street within Loves Park.

Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Pruitt.

D. A Resolution authorizing Fire Chief Hart to purchase replacement report management software from First Due.
