Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Pruitt. Motion Approved 4-0

ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION

1. List of Bills: No questions or concerns.

2. Items for consideration.

A. A Resolution to continue participation with IMLRMA for the city’s property, workers’ compensation and liability insurance for the year 2025.

Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Pruitt.

B. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign a contract for Professional Services regarding the proposed Windsor-Harlem Redevelopment Project Area.

C. A Resolution expressing an Official Intent regarding negotiation of one or more Redevelopment Agreements and the reimbursement of certain expenditures in connection with the Windsor-Harlem Redevelopment Project Area.

D. An Ordinance establishing the annual salary for the Mayor of the City of Loves Park for the four-year term beginning May 1, 2025.

E. An Ordinance establishing the annual salary for the Clerk of the City of Loves Park for the four-year term beginning May 1, 2025.

F. An Ordinance establishing the annual salary for the Treasurer of the City of Loves Park for the four-year term beginning May 1, 2025.

G. An Ordinance establishing salaries for the Aldermen of the City of Loves Park for the four-year term beginning May 1, 2025.
