APPROVAL OF MINUTES

1. Approve the Minutes of previous meeting.

ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION

2. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign an Intergovernmental Agreement with

Village of Machesney Park and County of Winnebago relating to the stream gage on the Rock River.

3. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Crimson Valley Landscaping for the Loves Park Beautification Program.

4. A Resolution authorizing the City to continue to spend funds at the same rate as the 2025-26 Appropriation Ordinance until the 2026-27 Appropriation Ordinance is approved.
