    2. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Community Development to sign a contract with Place Foundry, LLC for development implementation services at Riverside Commons.
    3. A Resolution authorizing the City’s legal counsel to pursue PFAS Settlement Funds on behalf of the City of Loves Park.
