CALLED TO ORDER: 5:15 P.M.

MEMBERS PRESENT: Ald. Laudicina, Ald. J Jacobson, and Alderman Peterson

MEMBERS ABSENT: Ald. Schlensker.

ALSO PRESENT: Mayor Jury, Ald. Thompson, Ald. Little, Ald Owens, Ald Pruitt, Ald. Little, Ald. Allton, Shannon Messinger and Attorney Gino Galluzzo.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES: January 20, 2026

Ald. Peterson moved to approve said motion. Ald. Laudicina seconded said motion.

MATTERS PROPOSED, DISCUSSED OR DECIDED AND RECORD OF VOTES TAKEN:

A) Resolution for Arc Design to do engineering services for the Carlson Pass Dumpsite.

Ald. Peterson moved to approve said motion. Ald. Laudicina seconded said motion.

B) Resolution for Arc Design to do engineering services for the Browns Parkway and Renrose Avenue reconstruction.

Ald. Peterson moved to approve said motion. Ald. Laudicina seconded said motion.

C) Resolution to purchase a 2 Post Rotary Lift.

Ald. Peterson moved to approve said motion. Ald. Laudicina seconded said motion.

D) Resolution to hire Busy Beaver to remove trees in the city right of way.

Ald. Peterson moved to approve said motion. Ald. Laudicina seconded said motion.

E) Resolution to bring sidewalks up to ADA requirements.

Ald. Peterson moved to approve said motion. Ald. Laudicina seconded said motion.

Alderman Peterson moved for adjournment at 5:37 p.m.; seconded by Alderman Laudicina
