I. CALL TO ORDER

Deputy Director of Legal Angela Hammer called the meeting to order at 7:44 p.m.

Alderman Rose moved to nominate Alderman Frost to serve as Mayor Pro Tem for this meeting. Alderman Prunty seconded the motion. MOTION PREVAILED with a unanimous voice vote (Aldermen Logemann and Bailey were absent).

1. 2024-123-R – Award of Non-Competitive Contract: YETI Coolers to Dick’s Sporting Goods Inc., of Rockford, Illinois in the amount of $73,750.00. The funding source is FY2024 Illinois Law Enforcement Training Standards Board Recruitment and Retention Grant.

Mayor Pro Tem Frost read in the resolution and placed it up for passage.
