Board Member Bondurant made a motion approve. Board Member Vaiden seconded. MOTION PREVAILED by unanimous voice vote.

RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS] AYES: Bondurant, Vaiden, Hatfield, Collins, Medina ABSENT: Earl Curry

III. NEW BUSINESS

1. Approve regular meeting schedule for 2025

Board Member Hatfield mad a motion to approve. Board Member Medina seconded. MOTION PREVAILED by unanimous voice vote.

IV. OLD BUSINESS

1. Adopt Findings and Recommendation in COB D2 2024-011

Board Member Bondurant made a motion to adopt the attached Findings and Recommendations. Board Member Medina seconded. There was no discussion. MOTION PREVAILED 5 to 0.
