Certificate of Appropriateness – Kaitlyn Johnson – 1668 Ethel Avenue – Remove and replace roof coverings on the house and detached garage

2. 748 JOSLYN STREET

Certificate of Appropriateness – Doug Nehrkorn – 748 Joslyn Street – Replacement of existing windows and gutters.

IV. NEW BUSINESS

1. 1515 GREENMOUNT STREET

Certificate of Appropriateness – Marcia L. Mueller – 1515 Greenmount Street – 1) replace wooden roof shakes with DaVinci Select Shake in Mountain 8”, 2) replace existing gutters and downspouts, 3) replacement of existing window shutters with like materials, and 4) replace the existing cement front walkway with matching materials.

2. 201 WEST STATE STREET

Certificate of Appropriateness – Kyle Bevers – 201 West State Street – remove the existing green Subway awning fabric and replace with multiple striped material.
