1. Approval of the 2026 Funding Agreement with the Greater Rockford Chamber of Commerce (GRCC) as the Regional Economic Development Organization in the amount of $75,000.00. The funding source is the Redevelopment Fund.

IV RESOLUTION

1. A Resolution calling for a Public Hearing and convening a Joint Review Board in connection with a new South Rockford Industrial Tax Increment Financing District.
