II. COMMITTEE REPORTSÂ

Approval of the Funding Agreement with International Women’s Baseball Center (IWBC) and the City of Rockford for field and capital improvements at 311 15th Avenue (Beyer Park) in the amount of $300,000.00 annually for a period of up to five (5) years. The agreement requires a minimum of a dollar for dollar match to City funds. The funding source is Casino Funds.Â
