II. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES 

III. TRAFFIC REQUESTS A. New Business 

1. Request in the 4th Ward, by Shelley Salin, 2080 Jonquil Place, to establish a 20mph School Zone Speed Limit on Spring Creek Road from Brookview Road (east intersection) to Mulford Road. 

2. Request in the 4th Ward, by City Staff, to establish a 20mph School Zone Speed Limit on Mulford Road from Spring Creek Road to 40 feet north of Brynwood Drive. 

3. Request in the 5th Ward, by Dyanna Walker, SOAR Assembly, 604 Salter Avenue, to establish handicapped parking on the south side of Salter Avenue from 304 feet east of West Street to 324 feet east of West Street. 

4. Request in the 8th Ward, by Alderman Karen Hoffman, to establish a “No Parking Any Time” restriction on the west side of Montana Avenue from Florida Drive to 75 feet south of Florida Drive.
