On Saturday, March 14, the Northern Michigan Wildcats, featuring former South Beloit High School standout Ross Robertson, secured a narrow 86-85 victory over the Rockhurst Hawks during the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.
The contest was held at Alumni Arena at 7:30 p.m., marking the teams’ first tournament meeting.
Northern Michigan is scheduled to play its next tournament game Sunday, March 15 at 7:30 p.m. at Alumni Arena.
