Q1 real estate sales report: Cherry Valley

Median prices rose in Cherry Valley over last year, and are down 0.6 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to first quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From January to March, 38 homes sold in Cherry Valley for a median price of $131,675. That's 8 percent higher than median home sale prices for the first quarter of 2017.
