City of Rockford issued the following announcement on Jan. 29.
Due to the extreme cold temperatures on Wednesday, we're recommending people only travel when necessary. With that in mind, we've decided to cancel Wednesday's Night Out with the Mayor. The make-up date will be Wednesday, February 20, at Salamone's North from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
