Q3 real estate sales report: Rockford

Median prices rose in Rockford over last year, and are down 12.3 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 794 homes sold in Rockford for a median price of $84,000. That's 9.8 percent higher than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.
