1. Motion to approve minutes from the August 12, 2019 meeting.

Comments will be limited to five minutes on topics relating to the Village of Poplar Grove. Be further advised that matters brought up at this time may be referred to the appropriate committee or individual for further discussion or consideration.

3. Discussion and possible recommendation to approve ordinance 19-31 an ordinance amending title 2- business and license regulations, chapter 4- utilities tax of the Village of Poplar Grove code of ordinance to remove sunset provision on municipal gas and electric taxes.
4. Discussion and possible recommendation to the Village Board to approve ordinance 19- 32 an ordinance amending title seven - building regulations of the Village of Poplar Grove code of ordinances to adopt updated editions of the energy conservation code and the Illinois accessibility cod.
