CALLED TO ORDER: 5:30 P.M.

MEMBERS PRESENT: Aldermen John Jacobson, Mark Peterson, Charles Frykman, John Pruitt

MEMBERS ABSENT: None

ALSO PRESENT: Mayor Jury, Clerk Burden, Attorney Galluzzo, Robert Schlensker, Doug Allton, Nancy Warden, Jim Puckett, Clint Little, Chief Wiltfang, Chief Lynde

MINUTES APPROVAL: July 29, 2019

Alderman Peterson moved to approve minutes. Second by Alderman Pruitt.

Motion carried. 4 Ayes – 0 Nays

ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION

1. Resolution authorizing the Facilities Manager to hire Rockford Auto Glass to install replacement windows in GPAC Senior Center for $22,101.00.

Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Pruitt.

Motion carried. 4 Ayes – 0 Nays

2. Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for Human Resource Services with HR2U Inc.

Alderman Pruitt moved to approve. Second by Alderman Peterson.

Motion carried. 4 Ayes – 0 Nays

3. Resolution authorizing the Fire Chief to purchase a pumper truck from Pierce/Global Emergency Products, for $609,227.00.

Alderman Frykman moved to approve. Second by Alderman Peterson.

Motion carried. 4 Ayes – 0 Nays

4. Ordinance approving the purchase of real estate at 930 Windsor Road for a municipal well site.

Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Frykman.

Motion carried. 4 Ayes – 0 Nays

5. List of Bills: No questions or concerns.
