Motion for approval of Bills to be paid made by Trustee Hawes and seconded by Trustee Ryan. Roll call vote followed with all in favor. Motion carried

MAYOR LOBINSKY
Mayor Lobinsky discussed with the Board quotes that were received fo HVAC system at Village Hall. Mayor Lobinsky gave prices that were quoted from 4 vendors that supplied estimates. Trustee Hawes questioned the labor being charged at the prevailing wage. Mayor Lobinsky stated all quotes would be billed at prevailing wage. Mayor Lobinsky recommended going with Jett’s heating and air with the 95% efficiency unit at the price of $20,500.00. Some discussion was had regarding the warranty of the unit. Mayor Lobinsky stated this would be discussed with Jett’s. Motion for approval made by Trustee Hawes and seconded by Trustee Wakeley. Roll call vote followed with all in favor.
Mayor Lobinsky spoke about the Ordinances that were on the Agenda and stated there were still some discrepancies on the information. Mayor Lobinsky stated that no vote would be taken at this time. Updated copies will be sent before the next meeting. Mayor Lobinsky went on to detail some of the numbers on these drafts. No questions at this time from the Board.
TRUSTEE HAWES
Trustee Hawes stated the new truck is working well.
TRUSTEE BERGHORN
Trustee Berghorn stated that Christmas in Capron would be held Sunday December 8th, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Fliers have been posted online as well as several businesses in town. Trustee Berghorn stated school kids would be decorating the tree next week, and the Village has obtained a temporary food permit for the event on the 8th.
