The last time this home sold was Sept. 14, 2015. It last sold for $133,900.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, William D. Bellows has been registered to vote since 2015 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 931 Brandy Bend Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: William D. Bellows, 45, Emily S. Bellows, 42, and Timothy G Sullivan, 68.
