Mayor Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
Present: Mayor Peterson, Mr. Baumgartner, Mr. Danielson, Mrs. Honkamp, Ms. May, Mr. Winters, Mr. York and Atty. Szeto

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion by Mr. Winters, second by Mr. York, to waive the reading of the November 19, 2024 Village Board meeting minutes. All ayes. Motion approved 6-0.

Mayor Peterson commented that everyone is doing a great job preparing for the Rockton Christmas Walk and that he appreciates the hard work being done to make sure the event is successful.
