Winn County Fire Department #1 responded to seven calls in 2017 - 22.2 percent less than the previous year, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System.

The calls in Winn County #1 included four fires - one structure fire and three other fires.

In all, the department saw $22,000 in fire loss - or about $5,500 per fire.

The department also received three false calls.
