Approval of previous Public Work Committee Meeting Minutes taken on:

Matters Proposed, Discussed or Decided and Record of Votes Taken
1. A resolution was decided authorizing the Street Department Manager to purchase a new Salt shed canopy.
Ald. Jacobson moved to approve said motion. Ald. Holmes seconded said motion.
Motion carried 3 ayes – 0 nays
2. A resolution was decided authorizing the Street Department Manager to purchase two 7ft. wing plows to be installed on two existing plow trucks.
Ald. Jacobson moved to approve said motion. Ald. Holmes seconded said motion.
Motion carried 3 ayes – 0 nays
3. A resolution was decided authorizing the Street Department Manager to seek sealed bids for asphalt patch repairs at various locations within the city due to watermain breaks.
Ald. Jacobson moved to approve said motion. Ald. Holmes seconded said motion.
Motion carried 3 ayes – 0 nays
4. Steve Thompson reported there was a Pike Road Meeting everyone was pleased with the information and Shannon Messinger will be the contact between the contractors and city.
