A. Resolution authorizing Fire Chief Jerry Wiltfang to appoint Captain Donn Evans to the position of Deputy Chief of Operations to be effective October 2, 2018.
B. Resolution authorizing the Police Chief to establish a separate account within City funds to accept donations and disburse funds from the designated account to the charitable organization Mercyhealth Development Foundation, from the proceeds raised in support of “No Shave November”.
C. Resolution approving the purchase of real estate at 4096 Interstate Blvd, Loves Park and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a real estate contract for such purchase.
D. Ordinance authorizing the City to enter into a Redevelopment Agreement for Rock Cut Business Park at the Northwest corner of Bell School Road and Rock Valley Parkway.
E. Ordinance authorizing the City to enter into the Second Amendment to the Redevelopment agreement for Rainbow Property Investments Corp.
