A. Resolution authorizing the appropriation of Motor Fuel Funds in the amount of $293,752.00 for the purpose of maintaining streets and highway (road salt and street lighting) under the provisions of the Illinois Highway Code from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019.
B. Resolution authorizing a change order for the 2018 Road Maintenance Program in the amount of $39,287.01. The change orders are the result of more extensive work required on the original sections approved by Res. 13-066.
C. Resolution authorizing the appropriation of Motor Fuel Funds in a supplemental amount of $15,000.00 for the purpose of maintaining street and highways under provisions of the Illinois Highway Code from January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018.
D. Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign an Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement for Professional Engineering Services with Winnebago County.
E. Resolution authorizing the Public Works Manager to seek negotiated bids for snow removal for city-owned properties for the 2018-2019 winter season.
