City of Loves Park issued the following announcement on Oct. 25.
October 23, 2018 Snowplow Rodeo - Loves Park Public Works Department. Yesterday, our Public Works personnel participated in the yearly Snow plow Rodeo competition. This is a skills event where employees display there proficiency at various tasks, such as snow plow truck obstacle course, backhoe maneuvering skills, skid steer obstacle course, and snow plow bowling. This event is meant to be fun and show the skills that our Public Works Department have developed. Congratulations to our overall winners. 1st Place - Jake Dolezalek, 2nd Place - Matt Fread & 3rd Place - Steve McDonald. #cityoflovespark
