2. Resolution adopting Amendment No. 16 of the Loves Park Comprehensive Group Health Plan and amending the Summary Plan Description to reflect the addition of in-network benefits regarding access to Rockford Gastroenterology Associates with ECOH Select Solutions Services.
3. Resolution authorizing the city to exempt HIPAA requirements in regards to the City of Loves Park Comprehensive Group Health Plan.
4. Ordinance proposing the establishment of Special Service Area Number 6 (Interstate Boulevard Maintenance SSA)
