B. Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement for participation in a Law Enforcement Records Management System and Computer Aided Dispatching Services between the City of Loves Park and the City of Rockford.
C. Resolution consenting to a development agreement between Interstate Boulevard Property LLC and Casey’s Retail Company and authorizing the Mayor to sign such development agreement for that sole purpose.
