1. Resolution to enter into Intergovernmental Agreement with Winnebago County for Host Fees for infrastructure improvements to Interstate Blvd. and Starwood Drive.

2. Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement for participation in a Law Enforcement Records Management System and Computer Aided Dispatching Services between the City of Loves Park and the City of Rockford.

3. Resolution consenting to a development agreement between Interstate Boulevard Property, LLC and Casey’s Retail Company and authorizing the Mayor to sign such development agreement for that sole purpose.
