Mercy Rockford Health System issued the following announcement on Feb. 19.
In honor of American Heart Month, Mercyhealth is hosting a fun, educational and delicious evening to celebrate heart health education with its healthy heart night, Tuesday, February 26, at Giovanni’s, Rockford, 5:30 pm.
Presentations include: “The Top Five Women’s Health Issues in Preventive Cardiology” with Dr. Leela Narra, cardiologist, “Minimally Invasive Heart Surgery” with Dr. Anastasios Konstantakos, cardiothoracic surgeon and “Heart Healthy Benefits of Dark Chocolate” with Laura Padron, MSN, AGACNP-BC, cardiology.
