How did Frank Beach spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Republican Frank Beach's election campaign committee, Friends of Frank Beach for Alderman Comm, spent $10,534 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Beach's committee spent the most on advising-billboards in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,885) going to Lamar Outdoor Advertising in Janesville. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Beach's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
