Lake Summerset (Winnebago County) home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Lake Summerset in Winnebago County fell by $49,400 while total sales increased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,500 - a 29.1% decrease over the $169,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Lake Summerset in the first quarter of 2016.
