The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Lake Summerset in Winnebago County fell by $61,500 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $101,000 - a 37.8% decrease over the $162,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Lake Summerset in January 2016.
