Lake Summerset (Winnebago County) home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Lake Summerset in Winnebago County fell by $14,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 8.8% decrease over the $164,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Lake Summerset in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Lake Summerset for 2017 was $4,099. In 2016, the median sales tax was $4,324. This marks an decrease of 5.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.7%.
