Capron home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Capron fell by $44,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $19,000 - a 70.1% decrease over the $63,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Capron in December 2016.
