Winnebago home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Winnebago fell by $16,000 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $116,500 - a 12.1% decrease over the $132,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Winnebago in June 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Winnebago for 2017 was $4,115. In 2016, the median sales tax was $4,276. This marks an decrease of 3.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 3.5%.
