Lake Summerset (Winnebago County) home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Lake Summerset in Winnebago County rose by $53,000 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,500 - a 54.4% increase over the $97,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Lake Summerset in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Lake Summerset for 2017 was $4,099. In 2016, the median sales tax was $4,324. This marks an decrease of 5.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.7%.
