Winnebago home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Winnebago rose by $11,250 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 8.1% increase over the $138,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Winnebago in April 2017.

The median sales tax in Winnebago for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,115, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for April 2018.
