Ordinance authorizing and providing for (a) the execution and delivery of an installment purchase contract for the purpose of paying all or a portion of the costs of acquiring, constructing, installing and equipping improvements needed for the prevention and extinguishment of fires, building and equipment and (b) the issuance, sale and delivery of $2,585,000.00 Debt Certificates, Series 2019.
C. Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement for Bond Counsel Services between the City of Loves Park and Schiff Hardin LLP.
D. Resolution authorizing the retention of a municipal advisor in association with the issuance of certain Debt Certificates.
