SWEDISHAMERICAN HOSPITAL: SwedishAmerican TV Commercial Earns Midwest Award, Advances to National Competition
SwedishAmerican Hospital issued the following announcement on May 20.
One of SwedishAmerican's new television commercials recently earned accolades at The American Advertising Federation District 6 Addy Awards Midwest Competition in South Bend, Ind.
The 60-second “Consider It a Sign” advances to the AdAmerica19 National Competition in Hollywood, Fla. on June 5. With its distinctive “It’s a Boy” baby balloon floating in the air, the ad depicts some of life’s milestone moments and was filmed at recognizable locations throughout Rockford. It debuted in December 2018.
“We’re honored to have the opportunity to tell great stories about SwedishAmerican each day about how we care for our community,” said Brian Reck, SwedishAmerican Director of Corporate Communications and Strategic Marketing.
Entries were judged on creativity, originality and creative strategy. Established in 1905, the American Advertising Federation (AAF) has more than 200 local clubs across the U.S. representing nearly 40,000 advertising professionals, connecting and leading the industry.
