Call to order by Mayor Chamberlain.

D) Motion to approve the proposal from Fehr Graham/ Wood in the amount not to exceed $48,370 for completing a storm water utility feasibility study for the City of Belvidere. This work will be paid for from capital project funds. Roll Call Vote: 6/3 in favor. Ayes: Brereton, Crawford, Freeman, McGee, Ratcliffe and Snow. Nays: Frank, Porter and Stevens. Motion carried.

E) Motion to approve the block party request of Yokxi Guzman of 893 Fuller Lane on July 20, 2019. Barricades will be placed on Fuller Lane from Witbeck to Russell. Roll Call Vote: 9/0 in favor.
