Motion approving a Special Event Permit for Frank Alvarez to hold a family festival to be held at Choice Furniture Stadium, 4503 Interstate Blvd. on July 6, 2019, from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. with following conditions: 1. There shall be a maximum of 3500 attendees; 2. Event security shall meet the approval of Police Chief Lynde.
2. Resolution authorizing a donation of up to $750.00 for the RAMP Program.
