Harlem home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Harlem fell by $52,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,000 - a 27.2% decrease over the $191,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Harlem in March 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Harlem for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,998, approximately 3.6% of the median home sale price for March 2019.
