Rockford home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Rockford fell by $15,750 while total sales decreased by 70.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 71 homes sold, with a median sale price of $67,000 - a 19% decrease over the $82,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 242 homes sold in Rockford in April 2018.
