Winnebago home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Winnebago rose by $22,450 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,450 - a 18% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Winnebago in the first quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Winnebago for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,115, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2019.
